MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
PLANNING COMMISSION,VILLAGE OF ORONO
MAY 18,1964
The meeting was called -to order by Chairman D.J.Russell at
7:30 P.M. with the following present:D.W.Judkins,H.S.Rice and K.
Turnham.
SUBDIVISION d DENNY /COFFIN
Mr. Gordon Coffin explained the reciuest of Wm.M.Denny to
divide off a 2 acre -tract including Mr Denny's home and shop from
lot 10,Auditor=s Sublivision # 230. Rica moved to recommend appro-
val.. The motion was seconded by Judkins and carried.
SUBDIVISION ® EDNA GORGEN
Having viewed the site, Rice and Curry reported favorably
on the request of Edna Pd Gorgen for a subdivision of Trace E
and F,RLS W 420$ but recommended that no permit be granted un-
til the sewer is available. Judkins so moved.Riee seconding,
and the motion carried
OUTLOT #r 2 a HAMPTON MILLS
Mr. Card. W. Petereon,representing Richard Neslund,explained
the plans for developing Outlot # 2,Hampton Hills.Rice moved to
recommend approval. Judkins seconded and the motion carried.

SPECIAL MEETING
It was decided to hold a special meeting Monday,June let at
7:30 P.M. to continue the zoning study,and the secretary was
ordered to mail to absent members copies of the wore completed
to date.
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned.
