The committee recommended denial of the reque*st.•It was so
moved by Turnham, seconded. by Judkins and gassed.
32. LICENSE m LIGIiTHOUSE
Richard 14a�! and Carl Jonas requested 'the, opin:i on of the
Planning; Commission regarding the re- opening of the light-
house with a 3,2 beer license. They submitted diagrams of
pa lei .a,.spaces and dockage: and. outlined their partnership
plans for conducting a quiets orderly tavern with a parking
attendant in rush hours. It vas .pointed out by K. Turnham
that, the problem of sanitation had still to be settled and
that a representative of the State llealtli Department would
visit the premises along with Inspector.. Turnham with a view
to determining needs. Russell moved reeozamending approval of
the plans of I.Ir. I3aw and I.Ir, Jonas to operate the Lighthouse
provided first that sewage, fire @nd other problems are

solved to the satisfaction of the Building Inspector and
EnGineer ands :second, that it is approved by the Police
Department. Rice seconded the notion and it passed,
