Presenting a revised plat of Foxhill Subdivision FOXHILL SUBDIVISION
were tam, Pilgrim, Riehard Neslund and Norman . REVISED
Nielson. The revised plat provided for an in-
crease of each lot to at least a full acre by
moving the upper half of Heritage Lane westerly
and adjusting lot lines accordingly. An alterna-
tive suggested by the Commission was to change
Block I to seven, rather than eight, lots.
Judkins moved, Rice seconded, recommending
approval of the revised plat including outlets 1,
2 and 4 but lot 3 to be subject to Inspector ®s
approvai.as to sanitary sewer requirements, all
lots to be 1 acre or over. Motion carried
unanimously.
Mrs, Charles J. (Peggy) Xelly requested recom- CHAS. RITZ
mendationa regdrding the subdivision of the SUBDIVISION
property of Charles Ritz on Brackett's Point
taking 1,09 acres off the north end of 3* to 4
acres,
Rice moved, Judkins seconded, recommending
approval. Motion carried unanimously.
Gordon Coffin representing John Gullickson, PIRATES COVE
submitted a plat for the subdivision of approxi- SUBDITISION
mately 20 acres into 23 lots; 22 are less than
1 acre.
Judkins moved, Curry seconded, recommending
denial on basis of lot size. 'Notion carried
unanimously.
George Scherven and Ed. Ackerson requested
opinion on feasibility of rezoning to permit
light industry M-40O Corp. .� manufacturers of
tackle boxes) on Tl2 Lot 1, Block 9; Langdon Park
(1329 X 7201). Commission requested a plat of
lot showing position of building and parking
area.
