Please sign in for the public record at the front podium if you wish to address the Planning Commission.
Applicants will be asked to move to the front to answer questions after staff presents the application. The
Planning Commission is an advisory body to the City Council. If action is taken on any items on this agenda, they
will be scheduled for an upcoming City Council meeting.
Consent agenda items, including (*) asterisk items, are considered to be routine items to be enacted upon by one
motion by the Planning Commission under this section of the agenda. Items on the Consent Agenda are
reviewed in total by the Planning Commission and may be approved through one motion with no further
discussion by the Planning Commission. Any item may be removed by any Planning Commission Member, staff
member or person from the public for separate consideration. If you wish to remove any item from the Consent
Agenda, please state the item number and description of the item. Memos regarding each of the Agenda items
are available in the Public Packet- located on the counter near the sign in sheet.
