The sign in sheet is in the lobby. Memos regarding each of the Agenda items are available in the Public Packet – located in the lobby near the sign in sheet. Items on the Consent Agenda, including (*) asterisk items, are reviewed in total by the Planning Commission and may be approved through one motion with no further discussion by the Planning Commission. Any items may be removed by any Planning Commission Member, staff member or person from the public for separate consideration. If you wish to remove any item from the Consent Agenda, please state the item number and description of the item. Applicants will be asked to move to the podium to answer questions after staff presents the application. The Planning Commission is an advisory body to the City Council.
