In order to complete the zoning <br /> review of this permit the City requires an updated survey, showing the proposed addition which meets all of the attached <br /> survey requirements. It appears from the City's wetland map that a Manage 1 classification wetland is on or near the <br /> property. A wetland delineation may be required if the project triggers the City's wetland buffer regulations (also <br /> attached). <br /> Additionally, a $2,500 escrow is required for the issuance of the permit. Please print the attached escrow agreement and <br /> have the property owners sign.
