Last spring, a survey by Mark Gronberg was submitted in conjunction with a building permit
application that shows this parcel to be slightly different from the parcel shown on your maps. I
obtained the full tax parcel description. It is different from the one on the survey. For you information
I am enclosing a copy of the Gronberg survey.
