There is a creek that runs along the west side of the property. Setback for structures and/or hardcover is 75'from the top of the creek bank. Setbacks for the RR-1B zoning. Hardcover. The property is located in Tier 1 of the City's Stormwater Quality Overlay District which allows up to 25% of the gross area of the lot to be covered in hardcover. Structural Coverage / Massing.
