We received the permit application for your porch. The proposed porch is hand drawn (not by the surveyor) on a non-
scaled version of the survey. The porch must be shown on the correct, scaled survey as"proposed" by the surveyor.
Your previous survey version (07/20/12) shows a"future" porch however the size is not consistent. Please revise and
submit.
