SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat Expiration/File#04-2989
I am writing to notify you that your approval resolution for a preliminary plat for property located at:
1100 Townline Road expired on April 12, 2005. As the preliminary plat approval expired over 4
months ago in order for the platting process to continue a new application for preliminary plat must
be submitted as indicated in#9 on page 4 of 7 of your Resolution approval.
Additionally, as the platting process has been stalled, the matter of the fill brought on to your
property without a permit for land alteration must be addressed. This is your notice that you must
apply for a conditional use permit for fill by December 7, 2005. Your application must include a
survey showing existing(pre-fill)topography and proposed(after fill)topography with a calculation
of the amount of cubic yards of fill brought on to the site.
