Dear Sve:
On 1/22/01 Building Permit#P03327 was issued to you for the construction of a new residence at
1355 Tonkawa Road in Orono. An error was made in the process of issuing the permit and the City
failed to collect the sewer availability charge. This fee is collected by the City and forwarded to the
Metropolitan Council Environmental Services for the use of the sewer.
Please remit$1,150.00 at your earliest convenience. Please reference address 1355 Tonkawa Road,
and mail to the attention of Rachel Dodge. The City will send you a receipt for your records.
