Type of data. The rights of individual on whom the data is stored or to be stored shall be as set forth in this section. Subd.2. Information required to be given individual. In conducting my zoning review on the proposed house and it appears that the home is by definition approximately 34' high; exceeding the 30' limitation by 4 feet. The windows in the half story portion of the home are the cause of this. During the zoning review process my discussions with the staff at Sharratt I felt that there was an understanding of the City's calculation for defined height as with the 2nd story. The 2nd story meets code and is acceptable. The overall height of the home must be reduced 4'or the'/2 story windows removed or drastically lowered. Please submit revised plans meeting the 30 foot height limit and the building permit review will continue. Please contact me should you have any questions.
