According to City Code Section 78-328(3)(b)the keeping of farm animals is allowed with a conditional use permit provided there is a minimum of two acres of dry land. According to the proposed survey on file from 9-24-2007 the total dry square footage of your property is 46,710 or 1.07 acres.
