That part of Lot 9, Auditors Subdivision Number 217, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, described as follows : Beginning at a point which is the
intersection of a line drawn parallel with and 450 feet South as measured
at right angles from the North line of Lot 10, said Auditors Suodivision
Number 217 and the, Easterly right of way line of County Road Number 135,
thence Southeasterly along said right of way line 274 .57 feet to the actual
point of beginning of the tract of land to be described, thence continuing
Southeasterly along said right of way line 112 .68 feet, thence running
N78029 ' E, 235 .5 feet more or less to the Westerly shore line of Maxwell
Bay, thence Northwesterly along said shoreline to its intersection with a
line nearing N78029 ' E from the actual point of beginning, thence running,
S78029 'W along said line to the actual point of beginning . For the purpose
of this description the North line of said Lot 10 is considered to be a
due East and West line .
