less, to a point in a line drawn parallel with and distant Four Hundred Fifty (4E50) feet
South as measured at right angles from the North line of Lot Ten (10) of said Audit is
Subdivision Number 217; thence East parallel with the North line of said Lot Ten (1 ) .
