For heat recovery ventilators(HRV)and energy recovery venula-tors(ERV)the average hourly ventilation capacity must be determined in consideration of any reduction of exhaust or out outdoor air intake,or both, for defrost or other equipment cycling. Continuous ventilation-A minimum of 50 percent of the total ventilation rate, but not less than 40 afroshall be provided on a con-tinuous rate average for each one-hour period.
