Thanks for keeping me in the loop on this, Jim. The City will require a separate permit if the work is done significantly
after the house project is underway. No separate escrow would be necessary.

Jim,
After reviewing your request, I will allow that the current shared driveway serving both 1060 and 1070 Tonkawa Rd.
(CSAH 135) be split into separate driveways. I will require some separation between the two driveways so you should
plan on moving the driveway further south starting the radius into the new driveway to 1070 Tonkawa a few feet south of
the existing mailboxes. Our driveway design guidelines allows a width between 14 and 22 feet with 10 foot corner radii. I
have attached E-Permitting information. If you have any questions on submitting a permit application, you can contact
Andy Chalupsky in our office at 612-596-0339 or myself.
