Minnesota 55323 Re: Edmunds Residence File No. 139-2100 Dear Jeanne, We have reviewed the revised grading plan and retaining wall details submitted today for the proposed house on the property owned by Robert and Debra Edmunds at 1030 Tonkawa Road. The grading plan and retaining wall plans appear acceptable from an engineering standpoint. The applicant should notify the City when the wall construction begins so than inspections can be done. Silt fence should be installed at the at the east grading limits for erosion control prior to beginning the construction.
