The above referenced property is located within the LR-1 B lakeshore residential zoning district.
Construction on the current residence began in 1996 and was completed in April of 1997. According to

the building permit analysis and the survey by Coffin & Gronberg and dated 7/10/1996 on file at the City
Offices, the home was constructed in accordance with City Zoning Codes. A certificate of occupancy
was issued on April 24, 2997 indicating the home's compliance with the approved plans and applicable
codes.
Based on information in the property file, there is no evidence that the property is out of compliance
