ADDITIONAL SURVEYS REQUIRED: I�LLA� a. Per City Code Section 86-68, a foundation survey is required to be submitted nbl- StAb aW prior to commencement of framing; and b. An as-built grading plan verifying compliance with the building permit, S j I`L' stormwater management, grading and drainage plans shall be submitted prior to 1' the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the residence. 4. With the issuance of the building permit for the new residence, the property address will be changed from 2655 Shadywood Road to 2600 Pheasant Road as the driveway is proposed to access off of Pheasant Road. 5. The applicants will grant to the City a drainage and utility easement over the existing W©►`x-' drainage swale on their property. 6. The building plans submitted for building permit will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the City's building height and number of stories regulations. 7. Applicants shall remove and not replace all plastic or fabric liner material from the r decorative landscape beds on the property to ensure their permeability as non-hardcover j 1 surfaces. � 8. Required removals of structure and hardcover to be removed shall be completed prior to Awsthe footing inspection for the new residence. 9. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building peiiiiit for the new construction within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variance will expire on that date (February 22, 2011). 10. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. 11. The undersigned applicants have read, understand and hereby agree to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of the applicants and the applicants' heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the \t property.
