The above is in violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 10.31, Subdivision 15. I am writing this letter to inform you that tree removal must be stopped now and the following correction action must be made before January 1, 1988: 1. An after-the-fact permit is required from the City. 2. A replanting plan and a time schedule must be submitted to tiie City. If corrections have not been made by this time,.`''citations will be issued and you will have to appear in court to explain why you will not correct this matter.
