In reviewing the file for the above referenced property, it was discovered that a demolition permit
was not issued for the removal of the existing cabin and garage. Please submit the enclosed
application and required fees. Please note the Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued for the
new residence until the demolition permit is issued.
