Dear Mr. Oman:
This letter documents our phone conversation yesterday.
You confirmed for us that, as we have formally applied for a building permit prior
to expiration of the variance approval, we have fulfilled our obligation and need
not take any further action on the Owner's behalf to extend or reactivate the
approval as granted.
When the permit is processed, please give us a call and we will pick it up.
