Enclosed are stamped filing confirmation copies of the Developer's Agreement, Bluff
Protection Easement, and Preliminary and final Plat approval resolutions, which I just received
back from the Registrar of Titles. These documents do have the recording information; the
confirmation copies that I sent you in October did not. Of course, since this is Torrens property,
the original documents will remain in the office of the Registrar of Titles.
