This Release,made flus ey!day of October,2013,by the City of Orono,a municipal
corporation organized under the laws of the State of eta(the"City',is based on the
fallowing facts:
A. In connection with the subdivision of real property legally described as Lots 1,2
and 3,Vasa Park,Hennepin County,Minnesota(the"Property')pursuant to the plat of Richie
Addition(the"Plat),the City and Alfred P.Richie and Marilyn A.Richie("Developers')
entered into a Developer's Agmemsnt,dated January 4,2000,that was recorded in the office of
the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County,Minnesota on May 12,2000 as Document
No.3278961 (dw"Developer's Agreement'j,and entered as a memorial on Certificate of Title
No. 1045794 in the office of said Registrar of Titles, covering Lots 1,2 and 3,Block 1,Richie
Addition.
B. Developers have performed all of their obligations under the Developer's
Agreement,and there is no longer any need for title to any of the lots in the Plat to be subject to
the Developer's Agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the facts stated above,the City hereby agrees
that Lots 1,2 and 3,Block 1,Richie Addition,Hennepin County,Minnesota,are hereby released
from all liens,encumbrances and obligations under the Developer's Agreement,and the
Registrar of Titles of Hennepin County,Minnesota is hereby requested and directed to delete the
memorial of the Developer's Agreement from all future Certificates of Title for any of the lots in
the PIAL
