RE: Open Permit#2013-01088
In the process of closing out completed building permit project files, I note that we have not
received a final inspection or an as-built survey for the pool house on your property.
Please note, the City continues to hold an escrow of $700 in conjunction with pool house
project. Please call 952-249-4600 to schedule a final inspection for building permit number
2013-01088. Once the weather permits, please have an as-built survey and hardcover
calculations prepared by a registered land surveyor and submit to us. Your escrow can be
refunded once we are able to determine the property conforms to the approved permit plans. -�
Please see attached City Code Section 86-68 regarding survey requirements and a copy of the
issued permit.
