The White Oak is severely scared on the west side and is hollow for 20 feet, it is in the 75 feet set back. We would like to set a permit to remove it since it is a hazard. The Red Oak is a two leader tree five feet off the ground. Both leaders are hollow just above the split. There is a hole in both leaders that are visible from the west side. This tree is in the 75 foot set back. We are asking for a permit to remove it since it is a hazard. There also several Sugar Maples in the 75 foot set back that we are going to do a small amount of trimming. There would not be any stump removal in the 75 foot set back area.
