Dear Mr. Hessburg:
The enclosed Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is being issued to you,
Daniel Hessburg of Hessburg Homes. Multiple City Code violations exist on the
property. Therefore a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is being issued because the
following items require corrective action:
• Match grading to approved plans dated August 3, 2005
• Excessive hardcover
• Stairs/pathway to lake did not receive the required Conditional Use Permit
• Unapproved installation of a stone wall along the southern property line
• Placement of fill within five (5) feet of northern property line
These items must be corrected or have received the necessary approvals by the
City of Orono by November 15, 2007 or the City will revoke this Temporary Certificate of
Occupancy. This property will not be inhabitable without a Certificate of Occupancy.
