It is our first year as empty nesters-very odd to not send kids off to school! Enjoy your little ones, it goes so fast! We are done fixing the erosion and creating swale to direct the water away from the neighbors little cabin. Based on Brent's conversations with your gang he didn't do all the rock we discussed but rather a grass swale for the majority. The rock work was outside of the 75'. As a result very little dirt was moved, nothing new was added and the amount removed was used to restore the erosion path. Is there a chance we can avoid another survey? It just didn't end up being much of a project after all and the difference is very subtle. I assume someone will need to come look at it. Let me know on the survey.
