Welch Forsman Associates was hired as theg eneral contractor for the addition/remodel
project at 755 Tonkawa Rd, Orono. We applied and received a permit for this remodel,
permit number 2016-00136. We will no longer be the general contractor on this job.
We have completed the project through framing,the framing inspector was scheduled
for 5/20/16.
We would like to fill out the necessary paperwork to get our name removed from the
permit and receive some documentation from the City of Orono indicating the name
change.
The current plan set on file in Orono and on site can be used by others.
