If the walls are more than 4' in height, the applicant will need to supply engineering drawings with the application. • A retaining wall is shown right on the property line, but all retaining walls need to be positioned at least 5' from property lines. i • There is no sidewalk shown from the garage to the house. This will be a well traveled area and there needs to be a sidewalk accounted for in the design and hardcover calculations. City code requires a minimum of 24" wide sidewalk. The existing hardcover calculations do not reflect this. • There are no proposed contours shown. • The 75' setback line is does not seem to be accurately reflected on the survey.
