Willie,
The building permit for the Middleton house at 720 Tonkawa rd. had some stipulation about needing about 150 sq' of hard
cover removed before the certificate of occupancy would be issued. However, I am trying to get the work done so the
Middletons can move in around April 1 or maybe April 15. The ground will still be frozen at that time and so we will
probably not be able to remove the plastic under the decorative rock in the 150 sq' area. Will the Middletons still be able
to move in when I am done, and can we just get this ground cover removal done in late April or May?

Thank you for contacting me. I have located resolution 5908 which corrects the hardcover
discrepancy which we spoke about yesterday.
It appears based on resolution 5908, the hardcover calculations dated 1/05/2011 and the as
built survey dated 12/29/2010, the property is in compliance. The final certificate of occupancy
is attached.
