Subject: certificate of occupancy for Middleton Willie, The building permit for the Middleton house at 720 Tonkawa rd. had some stipulation about needing about 150 sq' of hard cover removed before the certificate of occupancy would be issued. However, I am trying to get the work done so the Middletons can move in around April 1 or maybe April 15. The ground will still be frozen at that time and so we will probably not be able to remove the plastic under the decorative rock in the 150 sq' area. Will the Middletons still be able to move in when I am done, and can we just get this ground cover removal done in late April or May?
