Re: Certificate of Occupancy
Dear Ms. Lee:
On September 10, 2004 a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued for your new
home at 680 Tonkawa Road. At that time a deadline date for completion of exterior grading was
established as October 15, 2004. That deadline has passed.
It is important to have this work completed before winter. Your property will be
inspected on November 15, 2004 to determine compliance with City Council Resolution 5002.
If you need to have this deadline extended please apply in writing by that date. Failure to follow
through with the listed corrections will result in legal action.
Enclosed find a copy of your Temporary Occupancy and a copy of the approved grading
