Our engineer has reviewed the survey dated 8-11-16 adding the retaining walls. The survey has been approved, please
note the engineers comments below:
1. The site plan still does not depict the sanitary sewer line. (Note: It was red lined on the last set of
plans). See green line on image below. Any earth disturbing activities within its vicinity must be coordinated
with Orono's Public Works Department to ensure adequate cover(minimum of 8 ft.) is retained above the pipe.
2. The planned retaining wall on the south side of the home is depicted at 3.9 feet tall. If this wall ends up being
greater than 4' in height, it must be designed by a licensed professional, and plans must be submitted to the City
for review prior to construction.
Please have the current site copy of the survey brought to the City Offices and exchange it for the new site copy dated 8-
11-16. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Step 2: ROPOSED HARDCOVE
In the following table, identify all items of proposed hardcover on the property, keyed by letter to
Certificate of Survey(survey must accompany this form). Include all existing hardcover items that are
intended to remain, as well as all proposed hardcover items that will be added. Use as many lines as
necessary to accurately depict proposed hardcover status of the property. For Tier 1 properties, identify
any features by letter which are split at the 75' setback line and calculate hardcover square footage
separately for each portion.
