Dear Ms. Mattson,
This written request comes from our discussions together on Friday October 1 where you indicated that
we send a letter to the City with our request.
My wife and I are requesting that our home address be changed:
From—666 Tonkawa Rd
To—660 Tonkawa Rd (or some number other than 666)
When we purchased the property in 2005 we believed the number 666 would not impact our personal
and professional lives. Over time this has proved to be difficult and changing our address to some other
number will eliminate what has become nothing but a negative part of our life.
We trust that this request will get positive consideration from the City. You indicated that the fee for
such a change was$50. Please let me know when I should pay this fee.
