Chris,
The as-built appears to conform to the intent of the approved plan.
An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following:
1.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground.
2.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
3.The Drainage pattern on the south side of the home does not direct surface water onto the neighboring
property.

The surveys in the packet are not As builts. They appear to be revised site/grading plans. Changes from the last plan
appear to be the addition of some retaining walls. I've stamped it approved however have the following comments.
1. The site plan still does not depict the sanitary sewer line. (note- I red lined it on the last set of plans) see also
green line on image below. Any earth disturbing activities within its vicinity must be coordinated with Public
works to ensure adequate cover(min of 8 ft) is retained above the pipe.

Hi James
The as-built survey has been submitted and reviewed. The City finds the as-built survey reflects current site conditions;
however, rear(street side)of the property does not have established vegetation. Attached are some photos taken at
the site. Per City code, established vegetation means perennial cover with a density of 75%. Seed blankets or sowing
grass seed it not considered established vegetation. Please call for a re-inspection after vegetation is established.
