Field verify all existing conditions,dimensions and elevations. FOUNDATIONS All footings to bear on undisturbed natural soils. Minimum bearing capacity=2000 psf. If the soil below the foundations or slab-on-grade is of questionable bearing capacity, notify the engineer for resolution.
