The City Attorney's office has been unable to file your plat
because your real estate taxes for 1986 remain unpaid. In
addition, the owner's certificate of title must be made available
to Nancy Husnik at Popham, Haik & Associates, 4344 IDS Center,
Minneapolis, MN 554.02 (telephone: 344-0549), so that she may
file the plat.
Please advise Ms. Husnik when you are able to complete the
above requests and call my office if you have any questions.
