ORONO HRA MEETING
Monday,July 24, 2017
7:00 o'clock p.m.
ROLL CALL
The Orono Housing and Redevelopment Authority met on the above-mentioned date with the following
members present: Mayor Dennis Walsh,Council Members Wendy Dankey and Victoria Seals.
Representing Staff were City Administrator Doug Reeder,Community Service Director Jeremy Barnhart,
City Planner Melanie Curtis, Public Works/City Engineer Adam Edwards,City Attorney Soren Mattick,
and Recorder Jackie Young.
Mayor Walsh opened up the HRA meeting at 7:02 p.m.
CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT
Gregory Bronk thanked the Orono City Staff for their work in putting together the agreement.
1. CONSIDER PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR ORONO WOODS LAND
Seals moved,Dankey seconded,to approve the Purchase Agreement between the Orono Housing
and Redevelopment Authority(HRA) and Orono Senior Housing,LLC,for the sale of the land
under Orono Woods; to approve the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants; and to approve the
Amendment to the Development Agreement. VOTE: Ayes 3,Nays 0.
ADJOURNMENT
Dankey moved, Seals seconded,to adjourn the Orono HRA meeting at 7:05 p.m. VOTE: Ayes 3,
Nays 0.
