Dear Mr. Claridge:
The City of Orono will allow the addition of a greenhouse to the Nelson property without the
greenhouse meeting the requirements of the energy code if it can be demonstrated that the total
heat loss of the building will not be increased. The addition will be required to meet all
Building and Zoning Code requirements.
