This letter is to certify that Lester Building Systems will design the structural building shell in accordance with the 1994 Uniform Building Code(Type V-Unprotected.) The design loads and site categories used will be as shown below: Soil: Pre-cast concrete footing(4 x 12"0)per building official. Snow: 40 PSF design roof snow load. Importance factor, Is of 1.0.
