Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule J,requires that site
inspections be conducted.In these cases,the applicant is required to pay to the District,a
www.minnehahacreek.org fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project,field inspection,engineering
services,legal services,and any subsequent monitoring of the work.These costs are
referred to as Rule J fees.
Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met staff
Board of Managers will issue the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the
