RE: Dead Tree
Dear Mrs. Peter:
It has come to the attention of this department that there is a
dead tree that has fallen across your driveway and is endangering
a house across your property line. The City of Orono Municipal
Code Section 9.55, Subdivision 1 requires property owners to keep
their property free from dead trees. This letter is to inform
you that this tree must be removed before March 10, 1992. If you
have any questions or if you have a problem meeting this
deadline, please feel free to contact me at my office.
