Re: 315 Tonkawa Road/Martha MacMillan Residence/Change of Contractors
Dear Lyle,
Pursuant to our conversation this morning I am forwarding you this memo to memorialize our mutual
understanding with respect to a project our company,Jensen Homes, Inc.was engaged in as the General
Contractor.The project identified as the Martha MacMillan Residence at 315 Tonkawa Road,Orono MN.
My letter of retirement after 35 years in construction was posted July 30t6 2012.Our company's final
day on the 315 project was agreed to be November 15th 2012 and a newly formed company by the
name of HnH Homes would take over the project on November 16th, 2012. It was my understanding
from the two principals of this firm, Randy Haapala and Pete Hillukka that their newly formed company
would be submitting an application for a new building permit in their name.
This morning I called Pete to see if this had been taken care of,as a matter of housekeeping, and found
out that the new permit has not yet been applied for. Pete indicated he would try and accomplish this
today if possible. I do believe Pete carries the builder's license for this newly formed company.
If I can be of any help in moving this delayed or postponed process along please do not hesitate to
contact me.

Hi Lyle,
It was a pleasure to speak with you again this morning.
I have included a letter to you with respect to the changing of General Contractors at 315 Tonkawa Road,Orono, MN.
As I stated, it was my understanding and that of Mr. Bob Theiler, Margaret McMillan's financial adviser,that HnH homes would
commence their work
on November 16, 2012. The day after our tenure as General Contractor ceased. Furthermore,it was our understanding that HnH
Homes would be applying simultaneously for a new permit in the name of HnH Homes. As you confirmed for me this morning,this
process has not taken place yet. However, Pete Hillukka informed me that he hoped it could be completed yet today.
