Subject: Water Meter Fee Refund
On September 28, 1993 a plumbing contractor erroneously obtained a water meter and
installed it at 4765 Tonkaview Lane. The homeowner discovered the mistake and returned the
meter to City Hall and is requesting a refund of$133.00, the cost of the meter. The meter will
be exchanged with a new one from the septic program so that a used meter will not be issued.
