Dear Mr. Bull:
It has come to the attention of this Department that you are
operating a business from your home at 4690 Tonkaview Lane in
Orono. This letter is to inform you that this operation is in
violation of Orono Muncipal Code Section 5.40 as defined by

Therefore the City must require you to cease this operation
and remove the violations before July 15, 1991. If this deadline
is not met the City may issue citations or start a formal
complaint action. You may apply for a Home Occupation License if
you feel you can meet the requirements. If you have any

Re: Home Occupation and Maintenance of Private Property
Dear Mr. Bull:
On June 25 , 1991 this office notified you of zoning
violations that exist on your property. A deadline of July 151,
1991 was given for the removal of an inoperable vehicle, hot tubs
on trailers and various other junk and debris. You were also
notified of home occupation regulations and were required to
cease operation of your business from your home.
Your failure to remove these violations leaves the City no
alternative but to initiate legal action. Action will be
withheld until July 29, 1991. If corrections have not been made
by that time, citations will be issued and the matter referred to
the City Attorney for further legal action. If you have a
problem meeting this deadline or if you have any questions, feel
free to contact me at my office.
Sincerely,
