�y RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S COMPENSATION PLAN
ADOPTED MARCH 8, 1988
WHEREAS, the Orono City Council adopted its compensation
plan on March 8, 1988, and
WHEREAS, the additional duties of Acting Administrator
have been revaluated, and
WHEREAS , John Gerhardson is continuing in the
appointment as Acting Administrator.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council amends
the current 5% rate for those duties to ]jS� ► and
FURTHER RESOLVES, that Couflcil adjusts the salary of
John Gerhardson to an annual rate of $x$-54—.@'0—effective July
29, 1991. ✓�,/3/ 2--r 7�.

Minnesota ata special meeting held July 23, 1991.
