The property addressed 4685 Tonkaview Lane is located in the LR-16 zoning district. It is also located within Tier 3 of the
Stormwater Quality Overlay District which allows 350 of the gross area of the lot to be covered in hardcover. Attached
is a copy of the City's Hardcover Information Packet which includes hardcover calculation worksheets.
The setbacks for the pool are determined by the size of the pool basin and the zoning district it's in. Attached is the
City's information sheet on Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs.
Also attached is a copy of the City's building permit application for a swimming pool,along with the Site Plan
requirements. The site plan should show if the excavated spoils are to be removed from the site or if they will be graded
out and incorporating onto the current property. Any proposed hardscape i.e.pool decking, patios, retaining walls,etc.
should also be shown.
