They are requesting a CO. Since I did the zoning review Melanie asked me to review the file
to see if there were any special conditions.
I had noted Darren's recommendation that the downspouts be directed to Tonkaview as
much as possible. I know Tom has looked at the grading and said it was OK. I asked Lyle
to check the downspouts. He said there are none.
Is this an issue or not?
