RE: ILLEGAL SHED IN RIGHT-OF-WAY
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Koubsky,
It has come to the City's attention that your shed, located in the right-of-way, has not yet
been moved to the location indicated on the attached plan as approved by staff in
September of 2003. As discussed in September, the reconstruction of that shed required
it to be moved to a conforming location.
Rather than requiring the removal or relocation of the shed immediately, staff agreed to
work with you and allow the relocation to take place after the ground froze to avoid
damaging your yard. It is now spring and, to date, the shed remains in the right-of-way.
Therefore, you must remove the shed or relocate it to the location shown on the attached
plan immediately. If the shed is not brought into conformance by April 12, 2004 this
matter will be directed to the City Attorney.
